When I say …”I am a Christian,”\u00a0
\nI’m not shouting “I am saved”
\nI’m whispering “I was lost!”\u00a0
\nThat is why I chose this way.”<\/p>\n

When I say…”I am a Christian,”\u00a0
\nI don’t speak of this with pride.
\nI\u2019m confessing that I stumble and need someone to be my guide.<\/p>\n

When I say…”I am a Christian,”\u00a0
\nI’m not trying to be strong.
\nI\u2019m professing that I’m weak and pray for strength to carry on.<\/p>\n

When I say…”I am a Christian,”\u00a0
\nI’m not bragging of success.
\nI’m admitting I have failed and cannot ever pay the debt.<\/p>\n

When I say…”I am a Christian,”\u00a0
\nI’m not claiming to be perfect,
\nMy flaws are too visible but God believes I’m worth it.<\/p>\n

When I say…”I am a Christian,”\u00a0
\nI still feel the sting of pain.
\nI have my share of heartaches which is why I seek His name.<\/p>\n

\nI do not wish to judge.
\nI have no authority I only know I’m loved.<\/p>\n
