Written by Venetia Heath. What does the Lord Jesus Christ mean to you?\u00a0 To me, He is everything from A – Z<\/strong> and even more!\u00a0 This is what the Lord laid upon my heart to glorify His Name! <\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n

Alpha<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my beginning.\u00a0 Without the price that He paid, there would not have been forgiveness for me.\u00a0 He is the beginning of who I am, all that I am, do and think! He was thinking of me, all the way to Calvary.<\/p>\n

Anchor<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Anchor.\u00a0 He keeps me steadfast, holding onto my hand and never letting me go.\u00a0 Through trials and tribulations He has kept me safe and secure.<\/p>\n

All in all<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord is my all in all.\u00a0 Without Him I am nothing.\u00a0 He is everything to me and outside of Him, there is nothing for me.<\/p>\n

\u00a0B<\/span><\/em><\/h1>\n

Breath<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is in every breath that I take.\u00a0 Without Him I seize to exist.\u00a0 He feeds me with much needed oxygen \u2013 He is my Life Giver.<\/p>\n

Bread of Life<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Bread of Life.\u00a0 He has given His word to build me up, help me grow and to serve and love others.<\/p>\n

Bridegroom<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Bridegroom.\u00a0 He has bought me at an expensive price \u2013 I am His.\u00a0 He is preparing me for His coming when I will be perfected by Him and for Him \u2013 ready for the marriage supper of the Lamb.<\/p>\n

C<\/span><\/em><\/h1>\n

Confidant<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Confidant.\u00a0 In Him there are no secrets.\u00a0 I can boldly come to His throne of grace where I can confide in Him with all my heart and soul.\u00a0 He will not talk out to anybody about what we have shared.\u00a0 Nothing is hidden from Him.<\/p>\n

Comforter<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Comforter.\u00a0 I can lean against His shoulder in times of hardship and trouble; in times when things just don\u2019t make sense.\u00a0 He has promised to never leave me or forsake me.<\/p>\n

Creator<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Creator.\u00a0 Not only has He created the heavens and the earth and all that is within it so majestically, but He has created me \u2013 so intricately woven together, so wonderfully made to His image.\u00a0 His creative Spirit He has given me to use to glorify Him.<\/p>\n

D<\/span><\/em><\/h1>\n

Desire<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord is my desire.\u00a0 I delight to do Your will oh Lord.\u00a0 My desire is to worship You and glorify Your Holy Name in everything that I do, say or think.<\/p>\n

Destiny<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my destiny.\u00a0 He has put me on this path of righteousness where\u00a0 I will walk until my destiny is fulfilled in Him.<\/p>\n

Deliverer<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Deliverer.\u00a0 He has delivered me from the claws of death and sin and everyday He delivers me from the enemy that wants to steal me away from Him.<\/p>\n

E<\/span><\/em><\/h1>\n

Encourager<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Encourager.\u00a0 When I am low and down to nothing, he picks me up either with a song, a verse, a thought or even a message from someone.\u00a0 I am always on His mind.<\/p>\n

Eagle<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Eagle.\u00a0 When I am weary He lifts me up and makes me soar under His wings.\u00a0 He lifts me to higher heights where everything looks different when looking down.<\/p>\n

Educator<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lord is my Educator.\u00a0 Everything and anything I need to know I can learn from His word, or I can just ask Him and He will teach me.\u00a0 He teaches me how to serve, how to love and how to live His character in this loveless world.<\/p>\n
