The Outreach to Venda was to have taken place in May or June this year, however unforeseen circumstances continually put the date out to the month of August.\u00a0\u00a0 And God always ha<\/em><\/strong>s<\/em><\/strong> perfect timing for His purpose!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Eventually we could get all we needed together and finally pack the vehicle and trailer before leaving on Friday 14 August around 15:00.\u00a0\u00a0 Pastors Dave & Tracey Miles\u00a0joined my wife Venetia and I on this Outreach and they were tasked to deliver the Gospel messages on Sunday morning at Madimbo Village and on Hope Farm.\u00a0 Over and above that, Pastor Dave and I also conducted a leadership seminar<\/span><\/strong> – well, not only to the leaders but more or less\u00a0to the whole\u00a0congregation in Madimbo and other guests, as they are all\u00a0very eager to receive and learn about the Word of God.<\/p>\n

We were joined by a friend and businessman, Lloyd Chapman of CDS, who has a heart and a vision to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ being proclaimed all over the world.\u00a0\u00a0He also brought his new General Manager, Linda De Beer and her family to see firsthand the circumstances in which\u00a0the people receive the Gospel and how\u00a0they\u00a0worship God.<\/p>\n

On this occasion Lloyd had the privilege to donate one of his old trucks to the local pastor to transport the people to and from church. This is a true gesture of love and servanthood in Christ and we know he and his business will be richly favoured and blessed by the Lord Jesus Christ. \"papers\"<\/a><\/p>\n

When he handed the keys and papers over to Pastor Lutendo, the congregation went wild with excitement and joy and praised God for His provision.<\/p>\n

An Outreach group member mentioned he saw\u00a0a church member\u00a0walking up to the church building\u00a0along the\u00a0dirt road – and by the time that person entered the building, his shoes were wiped clean as if there was no dust at all in the area.<\/p>\n

Woman and men dress up in their best clothes, although they have to sit on chairs which had seen better days.\u00a0 The floor does not have expensive tiles or carpet, but just an old tarpaulin to cover the front area while the rest is still ordinary dirt floor which had been raked level.\u00a0\u00a0It shows their commitment and\u00a0gratification in serving God and that it doesn\u2019t go about the fancy building but rather the attitude of the heart.<\/p>\n

As promised to the congregation, a notice board was erected with the name of the church on their premises.\u00a0 On Sunday morning\u00a0the local Chief\u2019s representative reported that they will enlarge the area of the property free of charge as they see the good work being done in the area and that the church is growing fast.<\/p>\n

We ended this Outreach in Madimbo on Sunday morning with Pastor Tracey preaching\u00a0the message\u00a0and afterwards baptizing 7 people, of which the first one was an old lady who is an<\/p>\n
